At Varenyam Yoga Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality wellness programs, online courses, and wellness services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for our services.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms specified in this policy based on the nature of the service purchased.

A. Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
    • No refunds will be issued once more than 20% of the course has been completed.
    • Refunds are not applicable for downloadable resources (eBooks, PDFs, recorded sessions, etc.).
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Email us at [admin@varenyam.in] with your purchase details, reason for refund, and transaction ID.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

B. Wellness Memberships & Subscription Plans

  • Varenyam One & Varenyam Circle Subscriptions:
    • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds after the first payment cycle.
    • Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the services have been used.
    • Partial refunds are not provided for unused months of an annual plan.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are only applicable within the eligible period.
    • To cancel, log in to your account or email [admin@varenyam.in] with your request.

C. Corporate Wellness & Gated Community Programs

  • Refunds for corporate wellness programs and gated community services are subject to the contract terms agreed upon with the organization.
  • If a corporate client wishes to discontinue services, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on the services already rendered.

D. Instructor-Led Yoga Sessions & Consultations

  • Single Session Bookings:
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • Monthly Class Packages:
    • Refunds will not be provided once the package has started. However, in exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, requests may be considered.
  • Private Consultation Fees:
    • Refunds are not applicable for completed sessions.
    • If the consultation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Refunds will not be provided for:
✅ Downloadable materials (eBooks, PDFs, recorded webinars).
✅ Gift cards or promotional purchases.
✅ Partially used subscription plans or class packages.
✅ Any service where the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
